The 5-Day Unstiff Challenge is a general fitness and mobility program: five daily follow-along sessions, two live calls with a coach, a private group and a routine to keep. It is not medical care, physical therapy or a treatment for any condition.
If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or have been told to avoid exercise, talk to your healthcare provider before you start. Move within a comfortable range and stop any exercise that doesn't feel right.
The challenge costs $19, charged once. Nothing renews. If you do the first two days and decide it isn't for you, email support@nexoro.cc within 7 days of the start date and we refund the full $19.
When payments for a group are not open yet, holding a spot costs nothing and does not commit you to buy. We email you a payment link before the group starts.
Be kind. No selling, no medical advice to other members, no sharing other members' posts outside the group. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency and many other factors. We don't promise any specific outcome.
Videos and materials are for your personal use. Please don't resell or republish them.
You take part at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the challenge.
